(4!)(4!) = x
(4!)^2 = x

1+2+3+4(10) = x
(1*10)+(2*10)+(3*10)+(4*10) = x
10+20+30+40 = x
x = 100

Simplification:
1+2+3+4(1+2+3+4) = x
(10)(10) = x
x = 100

Solutions from PEMDAS / BODMAS:
1+2+3+4(1+2+3+4) = x
1+2+3+4(10) = x
1+2+3+40 = x
x = 46
